This 58mm Pro Series Hard Tulip Shaped Lens Hood prevents image-degrading lens flare by blocking stray light from striking the surface of the lens. It also assists in keeping moisture or wind blown debris off the lens.

The 52m filters are manufactured from high quality solid optics. Each individual filter is heat treated and coated to avoid any rare movement or distortion.

The rubber hood helps to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by shading the front element of the lens. Its collapsible, rubber design enables it to remain on your lens at all times without requiring much additional space and it also serves to protect the lens from accidental impact.
