All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. We use reputable and reliable carriers such as UPS, FEDEX and USPS postal services to ensure that your order is delivered safely and promptly.

As a courtesy to our customers, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 days from the date of shipment. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

If you require expedited delivery, you can select from our array of expedited shipping options at checkout. These options include priority mail, express mail, and overnight delivery. Please be advised that expedited shipping options are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

At The Teds Store, we are committed to providing you with the best products and service possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item that you purchased from us. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

refund/exchange

If you are sending your product in for a refund/exchange, please make sure you repack the product carefully, including all original box materials, inserts, manuals, cables, unfilled warranty, and rebate cards.
UPC codes and serial numbers must be intact or the return will be automatically refused.
Place the factory box into a separate shipping box, and include the RMA number underneath the return address. Please do not affix shipping labels or write on the manufacturer’s package.

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 3-7 days after merchandise is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee between 5% and 15% based on the condition of the returned merchandise.

Please ship returns back to us with insured ground delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.

Nonreturnable Items

Personal Care Appliances: including but not limited to Shavers, Trimmers, Hair Dryers, Straighteners; Skin care, Nail care, Medical equipment.

Due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product, only UN-USED, UN-OPENED items are accepted as returns. Please keep the item in its original with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return.
